At Guiding White Light Alchemy, we want you to be completely satisfied with your services and purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order/appointment, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges.

CUSTOMER SUPPORT

Welcome to Guiding White Light Alchemy.

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our spiritual healing services provided by Juliet Wade, an HPAI (Holistic Practitioners Association International) accredited healer practitioner.

By booking and attending a healing session, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

  • 1. SERVICES PROVIDED

    • 1.1 Guiding White Light Alchemy provides complementary spiritual healing services including: 

      • Spiritual Healing (Laying on of Hands) 

      • Reiki Energy Healing - Crystal Chakra Balancing 

      • BioSonic Sound Healing - Distance/Absent Healing 

      • Animal Healing

    • 1.2 All services are provided in accordance with HPAI Code of Practice and standards.

    • 1.3 Spiritual healing is a complementary therapy and is NOT a substitute for medical treatment, diagnosis, or advice from qualified medical professionals. --

  • 2. COMPLEMENTARY THERAPY DISCLAIMER

    • 2.1 Spiritual healing works alongside conventional medical treatment and should never replace medical advice.

    • 2.2 Juliet Wade does not diagnose or treat medical conditions and will never claim to cure any illness or disease.

    • 2.3 Clients are advised to continue following medical advice from their healthcare providers and inform their GP or medical professional about any complementary therapies they receive.

    • 2.4 If you are receiving medical treatment, taking medication, or have a diagnosed medical condition, you must inform Juliet Wade during your initial consultation.

    • 2.5 Emergency medical situations should always be directed to appropriate emergency services (999 in UK). --

  • 3. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

    • 3.1 You must provide accurate and complete information about your health history and current medical treatment during consultation.

    • 3.2 You must inform Juliet Wade of any changes to your health, medications, or medical treatment.

    • 3.3 You have the right to refuse treatment at any time during a session.

    • 3.4 You are responsible for your own wellbeing before, during, and after healing sessions.

    • 3.5 Clients under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent, guardian, or appropriate chaperone at all sessions. 

  • 4. BOOKING & APPOINTMENTS

    • 4.1 Initial consultation sessions last 60 minutes and include a 20-minute healing session.

    • 4.2 Standard healing sessions are typically 60 minutes. Laying on of Hands sessions are 30 minutes.

    • 4.3 A 15-minute discovery call is available prior to booking your first appointment.

    • 4.4 Appointments must be booked through the official booking system, email, or direct contact methods provided on our website.

    • 4.5 Booking confirmation will be sent via email including date, time, and session details (including Zoom links for distance healing). --

  • 5. CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY

    • 5.1 If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours notice.

    • 5.2 Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the session cost.

    • 5.4 Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within less than 24 hours may be subject to being charged the full session fee.

    • 5.4 No-shows (failure to attend without prior notice) will be charged the full session fee.

    • 5.5 In cases of genuine emergency or illness, cancellation fees may be waived at Juliet Wade's discretion.

    • 5.6 Guiding White Light Alchemy reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances. Full refunds or rescheduling will be offered in such cases.

  • 6. PAYMENT TERMS

    • 6.1 Payment is required at the time of booking or before the session begins unless alternative arrangements have been agreed.

    • 6.2 Accepted payment methods will be confirmed during booking.

    • 6.3 Prices are subject to change.

    • Current pricing will be displayed on the website and confirmed at time of booking.

    • 6.4 Payment plans or package deals may be available - please enquire directly.

  • 7. CONFIDENTIALITY & DATA PROTECTION

    • 7.1 All information shared during consultations and healing sessions is strictly confidential.

    • 7.2 Client records are kept in a secure, locked cabinet for 7 years as required by law.

    • 7.3 Only HPAI qualified healers may access client records to enable treatment by other practitioners if needed.

    • 7.4 You have the right to access your records at any time by making a written request.

    • 7.5 Your personal data is processed in accordance with UK GDPR and our Privacy Policy.

    • 7.6 Information will only be shared with third parties (such as medical professionals) with your explicit written consent, or where required by law.

  • 8. INFORMED CONSENT

    • 8.1 Before any healing treatment begins, you will receive: 

      • Explanation of the healing process - Information about potential benefits and any risks 

      • Opportunity to ask questions -

      • Clear understanding that you may refuse treatment at any time

    • 8.2 For hands-on healing, explicit permission will be requested before any physical contact or laying on of hands.

    • 8.3 You are not required to remove clothing except shoes and coat (if you wish).

    • 8.4 You are welcome to have a chaperone present during any session.

  • 9. PHYSICAL CONTACT

    • 9.1 Laying on of hands and hands-on healing involves light physical contact or hands positioned just above the body.

    • 9.2 Permission will always be requested before any physical contact.

    • 9.3 All physical contact is professional, appropriate, and for healing purposes only.

    • 9.4 If you feel uncomfortable at any point, you have the right to ask for contact to cease immediately.

    • 9.5 A chaperone may be present at your request or may be required for clients under 18. 

  • 10. ANIMAL HEALING SPECIFIC TERMS

    • 10.1 Animal healing services require:

      • Written permission from the animal's owner

      • Agreement from a veterinary surgeon prior to treatment 

      • Proof of veterinary consultation for medical conditions

    • 10.2 Animal healing is fully insured under professional liability insurance.

    • 10.3 Animal healing complements but never replaces veterinary medical care.

    • 10.4 Sessions may be conducted in-home, at care facilities, or via distance healing.

    • 10.5 The animal's comfort and consent are paramount - sessions will be adjusted or stopped if the animal shows distress.

  • 11. DISTANCE & ABSENT HEALING

    • 11.1 Distance healing sessions may be conducted via Zoom or as absent healing at an agreed time.

    • 11.2 For Zoom sessions, you are responsible for ensuring you have appropriate internet connection and technology.

    • 11.3 Zoom links will be provided in advance of your session.

    • 11.4 For absent healing, we will agree on a specific time when you will be in a relaxed, receptive state.

    • 11.5 Distance healing is equally effective as in-person healing as Universal Energy is not bound by time or space.

  • 12. PROFESSIONAL STANDARDS & INSURANCE

    • 12.1 Juliet Wade is an HPAI accredited healer practitioner and operates under the HPAI Code of Practice.

    • 12.2 Full professional liability insurance is maintained at all times.

    • 12.3 All healing work is conducted with integrity, honesty, and respect.

    • 12.4 The healing space maintains suitable, safe working conditions that meet regulatory requirements

    • 12.5 Continuing professional development and training is undertaken regularly to maintain high standards.

  • 13. EXPECTED OUTCOMES & LIMITATIONS

    • 13.1 Healing outcomes vary between individuals and cannot be guaranteed.

    • 13.2 Some clients experience immediate effects, while others notice gradual changes over time.

    • 13.3 "Healing is not linear; energy comes and goes like waves, but it always moves forward."

    • 13.4 You may experience temporary emotional releases, fatigue, or other responses as energy shifts - these are normal healing responses.

    • 13.5 A recommended healing plan of 3-5 sessions initially, spaced 1-2 weeks apart, provides optimal results, though individual needs vary.

    • 13.6 Juliet Wade will never claim to cure you or guarantee specific medical outcomes.

  • 14. HEALTH & SAFETY

    • 14.1 Please inform Juliet Wade if you:

      • Are pregnant or think you may be pregnant

      • Have a pacemaker or other medical devices

      • Have epilepsy or seizure conditions 

      • Have recent injuries or surgical wounds

      • Have any infectious conditions

    • 14.2 If you feel unwell on the day of your appointment, please reschedule.

    • 14.3 The healing space is maintained to high cleanliness and safety standards.

    • 14.4 Fire safety and emergency procedures are in place. -

  • 15. CLIENT CONDUCT

    • 15.1 Clients are expected to treat Juliet Wade and the healing space with respect.

    • 15.2 Aggressive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in termination of services without refund.

    • 15.3 Clients must not attend sessions under the influence of alcohol or non-prescribed drugs.

    • 15.4 Sexual harassment or inappropriate conduct will result in immediate termination of the session and may be reported to authorities.

  • 16. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

    • 16.1 All content on the Guiding White Light Alchemy website, including text, images, logos, and materials, is protected by copyright.

    • 16.2 You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without written permission.

    • 16.3 Testimonials, photographs, or session recordings require your explicit written consent. -

  • 17. TESTIMONIALS & REVIEWS

    • 17.1 By providing a testimonial or review, you grant permission for it to be used on the website, social media, and marketing materials.

    • 17.2 Testimonials may be edited for length or clarity but will never have their meaning altered.

    • 17.3 You may request removal of your testimonial at any time.

    • 17.4 Only genuine client testimonials are used.

  • 18. PHOTOGRAPHY & RECORDING

    • 18.1 No photography, audio recording, or video recording is permitted during sessions without explicit written consent from both parties.

    • 18.2 Juliet Wade may request permission to take photographs of the healing space or general practice images (not identifying clients) for website/marketing use.

    • 18.3 Your image will never be used without your explicit written consent.

  • 19. COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE

    • 19.1 If you have concerns about any aspect of your healing service, please contact Juliet Wade directly in the first instance.

    • 19.2 Complaints will be acknowledged within 5 working days and investigated thoroughly.

    • 19.3 As an HPAI member, complaints may also be directed to the Holistic Practitioners Association International.

    • 19.4 We are committed to resolving concerns professionally and maintaining high service standards.

  • 20. LIABILITY & INDEMNITY

    • 20.1 Juliet Wade maintains professional liability insurance covering all healing services provided.

    • 20.2 Liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.

    • 20.3 Guiding White Light Alchemy is not liable for any outcomes, reactions, or experiences during or after healing sessions, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

    • 20.4 You agree to indemnify Guiding White Light Alchemy against any claims arising from your failure to disclose relevant health information.

  • 21. FORCE MAJEURE

    • 21.1 Guiding White Light Alchemy is not liable for failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

      •  Natural disasters

      • Pandemic or public health emergencies

      • Government restrictions

      • Severe weather

      • Personal illness or emergency

    • 21.2 In such circumstances, sessions will be rescheduled or refunded as appropriate.

  • 22. SEVERABILITY

    • 22.1 If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.

  • 23. CHANGES TO TERMS

    • 23.1 These Terms and Conditions may be updated from time to time.

    • 23.2 Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.

    • 23.3 Significant changes will be communicated via email to active clients.

    • 23.4 The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when terms were last revised.

  • 24. GOVERNING LAW

    • 24.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

    • 24.2 Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
