What is Crystal Chakra Balancing?
Crystal healing uses the natural vibrational frequencies of sacred stones to balance your chakras, clear energetic blockages, and restore harmony to your entire energy system.
Crystals have been used for healing across cultures for thousands of years. These sacred gifts from the Earth carry specific vibrational frequencies that interact with your body's energy field, helping to clear, balance, and amplify healing energy throughout your system.
Each crystal possesses unique properties that correspond to different chakras and energy centres in your body. Through my training in Seven Lights Crystal Alignment, I work with carefully selected crystals placed on and around your body to create a sacred geometric pattern that supports deep energetic healing and realignment.
During a crystal healing session, you'll rest comfortably while I place crystals on your seven main chakras and other energy points guided by spirit and your specific needs. The crystals work in harmony with Reiki energy and spiritual healing to clear stagnant energy, release blockages, and restore the natural flow of life force through your entire system.
Crystals act as both amplifiers and anchors for healing energy—they help ground and stabilize the work while also magnifying the healing frequencies. What to Expect in Your Session
Your crystal healing session is a sacred journey through your energy centres. Here's what you can expect:

Energy Assessment
We'll discuss which areas of your life and energy system need support. I'll assess your chakras and select crystals specifically attuned to your healing needs in this moment.

Sacred Preparation
You'll rest fully clothed on the healing table while I create a sacred healing space. I'll cleanse and activate the crystals that will work with your energy, preparing them to serve your highest good.

Crystal Alignment Journey
I'll place crystals on your chakras and energy points in sacred geometric patterns, guided by the Seven Lights Crystal Alignment method. Combined with Reiki and spiritual healing energy, the crystals work to clear, balance, and restore your entire energy system. Sessions typically last 45-60 minutes.

Integration & Guidance
After removing the crystals, we'll discuss your experience and any insights that arose. I'll share guidance about which crystal energies worked most powerfully for you and may recommend stones to work with at home for continued support.
