How To Raise Your Vibration

How to keep your Vibration high when feeling Low
This has been an ongoing struggle for me, especially in the early days of ‘waking up’. I was in such a bad place after a messy and difficult divorce, and although I have spent my life in a very low, depressed state, this was the most difficult time of my life.
Just to remind you, that the Christ Heart is blossoming on Earth right now, because of the complex times we are living in. Your own enlightenment and mastery is the best gift you can give to the world. By sharing our wisdom, we become one and pull our fellow companions of humanity out of the pit of darkness, so we can keep paddling our legs under the surface of turbulence and keep our heads above the murky waters of life.
The subject of keeping our vibration high through difficult times is a hard one to get your head around, because when you’re low, you’re blocking your guides help, unconsciously of course and any messages we are constantly receiving from the universe. We have to raise our vibration to ‘hear’ our divine guidance, whilst they are lowering theirs to reach our consciousness. A vibration is a state of being, the atmosphere, or the energetic quality of a person, place, thought or thing.
“As you thing, you vibrate. As you vibrate you attract” – Abraham-Hicks
So here are some practical tips I have tried and worked;
1 Change Your Story: This YouTuber was actually the person who woke me up by saying a few words that totally changed the way I see myself. His teachings have been extremely helpful in my understanding of who we are on a spiritual level rather than a human level; without trauma, pain, shame and all other lower density thoughts we tell ourselves. His name is Aaron Doughty and he teaches us that because we believe and have been told often enough, that we are one damaged, not good enough, things just keep happening to me, we grow up believing this. For example, Aaron was diagnosed with ADHD and had been in trouble at school, his mother was abusive as was his father. The labelling of ADHD, gave him the excuse that he was born this way, and used it as a crutch to label his misdeeds onto it. In my own life (and this is only a small example), I always thought I was just a little bit thick. I had undiagnosed Dyslexia and so struggled in school. My childhood was not happy and suffered depression since I was a child, with major anger issues that I kept locked up inside and usually took it out on myself rather than others. Your old belief systems about yourself is no longer serving you and must be shed to move into a clear space of receiving inspiration, messages, and self-love.
If we change our story or belief about ourselves, we are not useless, not good enough, something wrong with me, unworthy, struggle financially and choose difficult relationships, we are actually much more than that. We are divine, spiritual beings of love and we must learn that yes, we have been through trauma and pain, but it doesn’t have to shape you or your future. Start writing down what your true soul essence is at the core without any false beliefs, self sabotage, and negative ego talk.
The truth is, you are beautiful, full of compassion, empathy for others, and have integrity, kindness, gentleness, surrounded by beings that love us unconditionally. We are not our pain, we are not this body, we are whole and perfect, just the way we are. Start believing this and things will start to change in your life for the better. What we give out to the world, comes back to us; which is the next topic of discussion.
Remember these words; ‘You are a spiritual being living temporarily in a human body’.
2 What you send out comes back to you. Life is an echo.
The repetitive stories you tell yourself, and the thoughts we have about others that are Judgemental, hateful, mistrust, spite etc.
What you give, you get
What you see in others – also exists in you
Do not judge – so you will Not be judged
Radiate and give love and love comes back to you.
The most important thing to remember, goes hand in hand with number 1, if we believe ourselves to be unworthy, the universe shows us that we are indeed unworthy. If we were to flood the world with positive energy, we will receive that positive energy back into our lives.
Thoughts and words are made manifest. This means that the thoughts, actions, feelings, words become real, and physical in the form of attachments, entities, thought-forms that cling to our aura or to the other person you have been thinking, talking about. Think of a barb, that clings to the etheric field around you, draining you, sucking life force energy and believing what that attachment has been sent. This goes for us as well as others. We self sabotage with negative thoughts and we are the culprits of our own destiny, believing that.
“No one is useless in this world who lightens the burdens of another” - Charles Dickens
This is not really about karma, although obviously this does play a part, it is more about reflection, like a mirror. The energy/frequency we send out to the universe comes back to us. That what you are giving attention to, is what you are projecting in the world.
Think about what you most desire. Is it more love in your life? Give love to others.
Do you want more kindness from others? Be kind to others.
What you want more of in your life, focus on that and you will receive more of the same in return because of this universal principle. This is the meaning of Law of Attraction.
Remember; be conscious of your thoughts, words and actions to yourself and others. Change that thought, word or action into something positive. You CAN have what you want.
The universe looks to you to deliver on your thoughts, words and actions. But you must get the ball rolling first, and then the universe will chime in. Once you focus your attention on the things you want and are clear on your intentions, believe you will receive your desires. Don’t be too specific about how you will receive it, keep it general.
To be short, first believe, then you will receive. Remain hopeful, positive and happy with you already have. Why would the universe send you good stuff, when you are unable to appreciate the goodness in your life right now?
3 This leads us onto Gratitude. When you maintain a state of gratitude and expectancy, we see the wonders of the world around us and all the positive things in our lives already. Keeping a gratitude journal is an excellent way of realising what is good. It can be very small things in the beginning when you are in that low state, it is difficult to think anything is good in your life, but the sun is shining, the birds are singing, the person who talked to you at the counter when you felt especially low, are all things to be grateful for. Look out and be conscious of the beauty in the natural world, the kindness of your friends, the generosity of strangers and you will soon realise that there are a lot of things to be grateful for. It doesn’t have to be daily, but whenever you notice something that pulled you up out of the fog.
Make gratitude a habit and see the difference it makes in your life.
4 Love: love is one of the highest vibrating states to be in. Call to mind someone who is easy to love, and hold that person in your heart. Visualise them sitting in front of you and notice how you feel. A feeling of expansion, lightness, and happiness will take over your being.
5 Meditation and Breathe work
By training yourself to be present in the moment you are in, you resonate more harmoniously with the truth. There is no past or future, time is an illusion that humans live by on a linear basis, but it is not so. Mediating and noticing your breathe, focuses your thoughts into one single moment, calms you nervous system, improves your mood and brings about greater feelings of peace. All high vibrational qualities that will benefit your state of being.
6 Practice Mindfulness
By practicing mindfulness, you stop running from moment to moment. The demands of our every day drudgery become easier to bare, and focus your efforts into slowing down. Being mindful is not as easy as it sounds, but nothing comes without practice.
Sit in the morning. The morning is the beginning of the day, and will set you up for more peaceful moments as your day unfolds. The peace you allow yourself gives you a reason and purpose to get out of bed, be thankful for the day ahead, and allow yourself to be present in the moment.
Another tip I can offer you is, be mindful of what you eat. What you put into your body, will make you either realise that the food you are putting inside you can make you feel light and healthy or heavy and full of toxins/fat. This also includes water. By drinking more water, you will feel more refreshed, blessed by the water that gives us life. I do mean bless your water. The molecules in water can be programmed as scientist has now found to be true.
Being out in nature: when you go outside for a walk, enjoy whatever the weather is doing. The rain is refreshing the earth, is fun to splash through the puddles. Remember what it was like as a child to jump in puddles in your willies. The wind is invigorating. There are messages on the wind, if you listen closely. The sun makes things grow. It is life giving and you are soaking up lovely Vitamin D. So, all in all, notice what is going on around you. Be aware of sounds, smells, touch, taste and see.
7 Forgiveness: According to Abraham-Hicks’ emotional guidance scale, blame is a low energy. Out of 22 emotions (arranged from highest vibration at number 1 to lowest at 22), blame is number 15.
If you can work towards forgiving those that have hurt you in some way, you release yourself from the bondage of blame, shame, resentment. It truly is a state of slavery to feel anger and hold onto those feelings that someone has done you wrong. By forgiving what they have done to you, allows you to move on. You don’t have to make excuses for their behaviour, but don’t take it on your shoulders, and repeat the patterns of believing what they say about you, you can look at what they did, know it was wrong and realise that nothing anyone says or does to you, can affect you because you are love, compassion and kindness. They are usually reflecting their pain onto someone else, and feel that compassion deep in your toes, knowing the trauma they must have been through to express it to someone who does not deserve it. You can see from an observer point of view, that it is either you being triggered, which means that it is something you do not want to look at which requires Shadow work to be released, or it is their own pain and trauma they are shoving onto you. It’s not fair, but humans are not perfect. We haven’t evolved enough to understand how to heal ourselves properly, but recognise what is their ‘stuff’ and nothing to do with you. Don’t accept that bad behaviour they dole out. You don’t need to take on their burdens, but work on your own insecurities, triggers, cycles of repetitive behaviour that we are attracting by our thoughts, actions and words. ‘That leads back to what you send out comes back to you’ earlier in the article.
So, all in all, look at what that person has said or did to you that was so hurtful. Why was it hurtful? Is it their ‘stuff’ or your own? Do I need to work on my Shadow if it was the truth, but don’t take the monkeys on your back, because every experience, the good, the bad and the ugly is an opportunity to heal and experience in order to evolve.
8 What gives you joy?
You have a natural right to joy.
The key unlocking this joy is to understand that – no matter what may be happening around you – you always have the ability to feel happy. Being happy is a choice
As you shift your perspective and focus on the unending peace within you, you will learn how to tune-in to this joy anytime, anywhere. With a little practice, you can get happy, on command.
One of the many gifts of experiencing the darkness deeply, is it allows me to experience the light more fully
Think about what brings you joy. Is it dancing unabashed, and unleashed; is it painting, singing, and music; is it friends, family and spending time with others; laughing at a silly film. There are so many ways we can bring more joy into our lives. Write down all the things that bring you joy and ensure that you create those moments more in your life. Being connected to those we love brings joy and by giving, we receive more joy by being in service to others. The more you help others in their difficulties, the more you realise the wonder and beauty within.
Some of the things that bring me joy are:
Connectedness with those I love.
Painting and drawing, which brings out my creativity and expression
Dancing – this is so freeing.
Being in nature. This is where I long to be every moment, so I cherish the times I can be outside, in the sunshine, marvelling at the sun on my body, the earth beneath my hands, on a walk through misty woods, and so much more.
Mantras. I have a deep love of the quietness that descends on me as I repeat a beloved mantra, over and over, with the thought in my mind of gratitude, love, joy, and peace, whatever it might be. I sing while cooking, walking, getting dressed, in the bath etc. especially when I am in a very low place. It lifts me up and holds me a calm, deeply loved and content place.
Writing: I love expression and getting my thoughts down onto paper (or computer).
Bring more joy into your life and watch how much the universe brings you more of what you want i.e. joy and happiness
The higher the frequency of your energy or vibration, the lighter you feel in your physical, emotional, and mental bodies. You experience greater personal power, clarity, peace, love, and joy. You have little, if any, discomfort or pain in your physical body, and your emotions are easily dealt with.
